Elliot is an engineer by training and a passionate advocate for customer-centered healthcare. He designs and builds systems to enable operational scalability and deliver delightful customer experiences. Previously, Elliot co-founded PillPack, an e-commerce pharmacy that sold to Amazon for $1 billion. At Amazon, Elliot was instrumental in launching both Amazon Pharmacy and Amazon Clinic. He is a founder partner at Founder Collective, an advisory board member at Ariadne Labs, and a senior lecturer at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Elliot graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in computer science and cognitive science. He holds an MBA from Sloan and co-founded MIT’s Hacking Medicine program.
